Dutch Passport to Sell or Swap, as Good as New

31 Oct

Just when you think things can’t get any worse, someone or something always manages to make a point and test your patience. Successfully, of course. Today is such day. I am referring to The Netherlands in general and some right-wing racist Dip-Shit De Luxe in particular. His name is Martin Bosma, and he is a member of the right-wing PVV party (Freedom Party).

Martin Bosma about Apartheid. SMH

“It is a pity that The Dutch Left once helped the ANC to gain control over South Africa,” he was quoted by Het Parool (a newspaper which, thank Who Ever, is not right-wing).

First of all, I have to stress that The Netherlands did not do a great deal to free South Africa from the shackles of Apartheid. Yes, there were some demonstrations, boycotts and sanctions but that is about it, really. A guy with at least two university degrees and someone who is considered the party’s intellectual, should know that. Anyway.

What pisses me off beyond belief is Bosma’s warm and fuzzy feeling for “South Africa’s good old days” and the fact that people like him are tolerated within the ranks of government. Bosma, a former journalist (who has worked at CNN and other channels apparently), sits in the Dutch House of Representatives – so he is quite “Up There”. Did I mention he once called Hitler a socialist? Hm?

Bosma’s ridiculous statements are the cherry on top of what is going on in The Netherlands with regards to Mauro Manuel, an 18-year old Angolan boy who arrived in The Netherlands nearly 9 years ago. Now some dip-shits that call themselves politicians – including those on the PVV side – want to send this young man back “home”.

But what is home to this young man? After all, he left Angola when he was just ten years old. Angola, back then was a completely different country from now. When Mauro was put on a plane by his mother (he still does not know why she did that) the Civil war had just come to an end. Angola was in ruins after 26 years of warfare and far from pleasant for a young child (Read more about Mauro in my previous blog post. And while you do so, please sign this “Mauro has got to stay petition“. Over 50.000 people have signed so far! ).

Needless to say that I am rather pissed off with the situation in my country of birth at the moment. Oh yes, in my anger I have shed a few angry tears over the past few days! I am fire-spitting mad! This is not the country my late grand father and so many others fought for so goddamn hard! My beloved granddad would be twisting and turning in his grave if were aware of what is going in The Netherlands! (and with him, thousands of others).

In the meantime, I am contemplating auctioning off my passport on eBay if things are not improving.

“It is a pity that The Left once assisted the ANC gaining control over South Africa.”

REALLY??????

Zucht.
Dank je wel voor de link. Geweldig nummer!

Unfortunately, we all seem to have at least one schmuck in our Parliament that has some kind of hidden agenda and appears to just want to screw us over. And for those of us in Europe, who’s family fought the likes of these people for the right to freedom of choice, it really touches a nerve, and it hurts so much that one can end up being as nasty and ruthless as them!
But we must rise above it, we must look at intelligent, legal and humanitarian methods to remove these people from any power they are likely to have. You and your fellow Journos will be well aware of the saying about the pen being mightier that the sword. And don’t sell your passport because it is one of the tools you can use to cut out this imbecile.
I always remember a great saying that came from Ronald Reagan – who if nothing else is recognised as a great communicator – he said “It’s better to be inside the tent pissing out that outside the tent trying to piss in!” You have to stay so you can fight and be heard, and then maybe if we all do the same we will bring about change. Just the same as we did with that funny little man with the little black moustache, no not Charlie Chaplin, the other one who was much funnier than him…ah yes..Hitler.

“Churchill vas not a painter, Hitler vas a great Painter, he could do two rooms two coats and undercoat and gloss in one day!”
    (Mel Brookes, The Producers).

Stay cool and fight the good fight

      Hey there,
Yes, morons are everywhere. We have got plenty of them in SA ourselves 🙂 And like in Holland, these imbeciles seem to have forgotten what their parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters had to give up so for something we often take for granted: Freedom. I do not want to sound all sentimental and stuff, but of everything there is to be enjoyed in free countries, people often take that for granted the most. Bosma included. What he needs is a firm smack from an Elder. I am sure my Grandfather, if he had been alive today, would volunteer for. People like Bosma and others forget what it took for a country to become a free society; one that is fair and free of oppression and forceful deportation to concentration and work camps. It is hurtful. It is shameful. And if I ever bump into that asshole, I will give him a piece of my mind (and maybe a bit more, if he is unlucky to bump into me during a PMS mood).

I know …

Some more quotes for s3 and other simpletons who choose to use the Bible to justify racism:
“If thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out” (Matthew 5:29)
“Behold I will corrupt your seed and spread dung upon your faces” (Malachi 2:3)
You can get many things from the Bible if you want to. Some lessons we can literally read in the Good Book:
A woman should not be educated (1 Timothy 2:12-15)
It’s ok to stone your kids to death if they are naughty (Psalm 137:9 & Deuteronomy 21:18)
A rape victim MUST marry her rapist (Deuteronomy 22:28)
There is some p0rno in it as well.. try reading Ezekiel 23:20 for a graphic example.

Luckily most people I know use bible/religion for good!

Just came across this risible piece of hogwash. Miriam, ignorance is bliss. Have you actually been to South Africa to see for yourself what the ANC has done??? The blacks are mainly the ones suffering because of the ANC’s corruption, incompetence, corruption, nepotism and autocracy. They’ve turned SA into a decrepit Third World state by enriching themselves and failing to create jobs for the millions of unemployed blacks. The Dutch left harbored the ANC during the Apartheid years and provided symbolic support (which accounted for a lot of the resistance to Apartheid). Today the ANC hates the West, aligns itself with rogue regimes like Iran, Myanmar and Mugabe’s Zimbabwe and genuflects to communist China in every conceivable way. I’m a young white South African and don’t want to see the return of Apartheid, but please glean more facts before you decide to attack Martin Bosma for his stances.
